Message to an Entrepreneur

Today I spent some of my time working with young entrepreneurs and founders of some great start ups here in Silicon Valley and beyond.

I just recently started working with a great CEO/entrepreneur, and here is a text message I sent him. This is a very similar message to the one I send to everyone I work with...

Sean...now that I am committed to helping you, let’s get clear on what we need to do to dominate. Be honest, be vulnerable...be real. What keeps you up at night?

I know money and fundraising is always top of the list, but what else needs to happen for you to crush it? What are your top 3 initiatives for massive growth? As I get more involved and connected and get more excited about you & your team, it will naturally become part of my talk track with my peeps/networks.

Don’t tell me what you think I want to hear...give me the good, the bad, and the ugly. What do you really want and need that I can help add jet fuel too to help you grow? Specifically?

And what are you pumped about in your business and life today? Specifically?
